[s-cars] Tires

Reykjavik has been buried in snow for a couple of weeks.  I am running
Pirelli PZero Nero M&S on my 2001 S8 and they take me ANYWHERE.  Before that
I had a set on my UrS4.  Same deal.

I absolutely LOVE these tires.  I can not recommend them more highly.
