My guess is the new owner is someone who paid $2500 or so.  :-)  The  
handshake
deal isn't honored much any more, even with deposit money paid.   
There has
always been some of this, but the anonymity of the electronic deal  
has fueled an
explosive growth of those with no integrity, many slipping into  
downright
dishonesty.

Since the buyer probably shares responsibility for this sham, he may  
not be so
willing to disclose his involvement in this transaction.
