[s-cars] S4 in VT for sale

Why would the buyer share any responsibility (no, it's not me!)?

They offered money, and the seller accepted. How would they know that other
promises may have been made, deposits taken, or whatever? It's all the
seller as far as integrity of the deal in this case.
