[s-cars] Knocking developed while on highway.

I didn't quite explore too much in depth because I didn't want to keep the
car running.  But based on my initial listen, I would say the knock was more
from top end...I could of course be totally wrong.  The knocking does occur
at idle, and it matches the revs.
