[s-cars] Occasional hot no start - '95 S6 avant

Jim,

This sounds quite similar to what I observed when my '95 S6 cam
position sensor started going south. Very intermittent and
unpredictable and, at first, somewhat self curing. Eventually the
southern migration continued to the no-start-at-all level.

Don't be intimidated by the horror stories of CPS replacement. If
you know what you are doing it is a 45 minute job for one
person. (I'm not that person but could, after watching that one
person do the job, probably do it given maybe twice that amount of time.)
