[s-cars] Clock Not

Bill,
Sometimes it's finicky to set. I usually have to have the IC panel dimmer
set to max brightness before I pull and twist to right to get clock moving.
Just keep pulling and twisting and I'm sure something will happen. Whether
it's with the clock or not I can't guarantee.
