[s-cars] What's the go to Avant antenna replacement?

Perfect timing...met, too on this one.  Of course, the changer also 
decided to go, which has me thinking complete system replacement.  Well, 
at least receiver and changer, along with the healthy use of resistors 
for the Bose speakers.  Just have to get the cig lighter piece for the 
dash to put in a 'satandard' unit, right?
