Douglas: You know, I thought about saying that the CC heat has to be on but then figured
that it was obvious.  But you are right, it wasn't (obvious).  Thanks for the addition.

I trust you don't think "profuse" is a bad thing.  The resources are out there and I know 
where they are.  I just like to share/ point people to them whenever possible or 
needed.
