[s-cars] Tie rod end removal

I am surprised that an alignment hasn't required this tie rod end to
be operable in the last 13 years. : > )
Removing the tie rod may be the best approach now. At least then you
can work on the bench with a vise to hold it while you break the
end loose. Just remember the orientation of the tie rod as installed
on the steering rack.
