[s-cars] Tie rod end removal

Success!

Repeated doses of Halford's penetrating fluid over 24 hours, several
applications of propane gas, but in the end what made the biggest difference
was removing the entire tie rod from the car.  This was MUCH easier than I
expected - probably less than five minutes' work.  It was then easy to get
some really big wrenches on it, and the tie rod end turned surprisingly
easy.  Two of the flats on the hex section in the middle rod are a little
bit chewed up, but that's the only damage.

Now onto the other side.
