[s-cars] Snow tire shopping, blizzak vs Nokian vs? thoughts?

Although the WR's might be referred to as "All Season", they do have the
"Snowflake" grading, implying their use in more severe conditions than what
we consider US "All Season" tires applicable for.  I used my WRs on both the
S6 and now on the S4 in southern NY state.

All Nokian snow tires are Hakkapellitas. The WR are considered an all-season
and thus are not named that way. However, the 1, 2, 4, etc. as well as the
RSI are Hakkapellitas.
