[s-cars] Snow tire shopping, blizzak vs Nokian vs? thoughts?

Since we're talking about snow tires again- how about for 14" sizes?

I've been using Nokian for a while now- have some NRW for sale in 225/45R17
on 5x100 wheels (Subaru offset), also have WR on the V70R.

I need some new 175/65R14 for the Miata- looking at the following, need some
advice:

General Altimax snow
Nokian WR
Michelin?

I'm in Philly, so no real snow here, but plenty of times where it can get
slushy. I won't drive the Miata in deep snow or knowing that there will be a
blizzard, but drive it year-round otherwise.

Help?
