[s-cars] Still got sticky caliper - fixed

Replaced the return springs on both calipers. The one removed from the left
side, which had been dragging, was very weak. The gauge of the wire was much
smaller that the right side and the OEs.

All in all, a good weekend, with the turn signal fixed, oil change, winter
tires mounted and just got some 993 calipers for big brake upgrade in the
spring.
