[s-cars] Fuel rail - recall question

Yeah, it should have. My car has had the recall performed, but both
of those lines to and from the fuel rail started leaking. My
solution, rather than pony up big dollars for the fuel rail and the
return line, was to braze steel AN male fittings to the hard line on
the fuel rail, and to the cut off ends of the old lines (for the ends
that mate with the metal lines on the other end). It took a bit of
work to get it to stop leaking because apparently the heat of brazing
goofed up the plating on the steel fittings, but after I figured that
out, it's great. Grand total of < $100 for hose, and fittings. I used
Earls Pro-Lite hose, which is much easier to cut than the stainless
braided hose, but uses the same fittings.
