I'm a mechanical engineer and work with a lot of shops to get parts made.
First guy that comes to mind is Rob Colby.  He is a machinist by trade,
but also does auto repair.  He has a brake lathe (specific for brake
parts) but also does CNC and manual machining at his facility.  He's in
Brentwood New Hampshire and has pretty reasonable rates.  Would you like
his contact info?  He can definitely go _far_ beyond just turning brakes.
