[s-cars] Rear Calipers

Here's what works for me. Before applying the tool, spray the piston with
penetrating oil. Then using a 1 in. wood dowel about 6 inches long, place
it against the piston and give it a sharp blow with a hammer two or three
times. This usually break it loose, so that the rotate tool will work.
