Lee-
I *always* fight in-state tickets, regardless of distance, speed, etc. I
don't know how the cops do it in MA, but usually you can have
your ticket reduced to a non-moving violation, which usually carries zero
points. Works in NJ and PA- my NY lawyer was not very good- he
got my ticket reduced in points and speed but didn't get the ticket erased.
I don't have any points on my record right now. Knock on wood.
