 The rather sketchy strategy that I use involves obtaining an Ohio drivers license, despite living in Colorado.? Ohio is one of 3 states that will not put points on your license for out of state speeding infractions.? Since I drive in Ohio about once a year or less, I haven't had any points in many years... bit I have had tickets.

Insurance companies will not spot it, unless you have an accident.
