PA will not "import" points from other states- I know they signed the
driver's compact, but I've talked to PennDOT several times about this and
even pulled my own DMV record- they don't record out of state points.
Don't know how they do it in MA, CO or wherever. I know that NJ and NY
definitely "import" points- I think the practice sucks- I'm happy to live in
a free state.
