Lee,
MA also has a forgiveness factor. If your driver points are a 9 or 10
and have not had a violation in the last 2 years, the ticket will not
add any points.
The MA points system starts at 15. Fore every incident free year you
loose 1 point, 9 being the lowest you can get.
