[s-cars] Can this wheel be repaired?

.....and I might add Ye Ole Wheel Shop has been around for 20+ years.  I can remember them advertising in the back of AutoWeek since the mid 80's.

And here is a place where I have had wheel work done.  I can 
recommend them.  The one drawback is that they can be rather slow.
