[s-cars] engine not turning over...

Hello fellow S-Car owners/fans,

This morning I go to start my car and the motor doesn't turn over. However I do hear a buzzing/clicking in the area of the foot well next to the clutch. Any thoughts? I am suspecting a bad relay, I've never removed that plastic cover, are there relays behind it?
