[s-cars] engine not turning over...

Benny,
There are relays behind that plastic cover, and one is probably
clicking that controls the sunroof motor and window motors. But, it
doesn't just simply come off. There are
lots of pieces to move out of the way or you will break it. The relay
is not keeping your car from starting, anyway. It may have run the
battery down, which I would guess
is your problem-LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE. That's the first place to start
anyway--the voltage displayed when you turn the key to start is a hint-
not just the voltage when
the key is on. The starter relay won't close below 10 volts.
Now, a temptation here is to jump-start the car. Be very careful.
It's always better to charge the battery out of the car and then put
it back in before trying to start the car.
But, you aren't going to listen, so I will say no more. Hopefully,
it was just a weak battery that failed when a cold snap passed
through, and you just replace the battery,
and find that the chattering relay was just caused by low voltage and
it now works fine. Later, if you hear that chattering again with a
new battery, you may have to dig
in there and replace that big bucks relay, because it can fail
closed and drain the battery while you sleep-or work, but, let's be
optimistic.
