Kudos to this TV station!!
The evening news report on the Atlanta CBS affiliate was pretty lengthy
and really nailed that shyster to the wall. Turns out he had 45
vehicles
on his lot that had been flagged by Mannheim for damage history. And,
they went with a camera crew right into the sales office chasing the
salesman all over the room--hilarious stuff.
The Carfax representative gave a mealy-mouthed response, IMO, really
wasting company money to fly down there to appear on the segment.
The fact that AutoCheck had every one listed didn't help their case
either.
That sounds like the basis for a due diligence lawsuit--maybe a class
action. They may have to earn their money in the future.
