Erik-

What I did was fabricate short adapter hard lines so that I could use the
stock flex lines with the 993TT calipers. I've been running them for maybe 5
years now with no issues, and replacements are cheap and easy to source. To
make mine, I actually sourced OE RS2 lines (on the RS2, there is a hard line
that runs from the flex line down the strut to the caliper) and shortened
those, but it turned out that there wasn't really anything all that special
about the hardware- it should be straightforward to fabricate them from
standard metric brake bits. I'm not positive of the size, but I think they
were standard 10mm fittings.
