I'd go back to that shop and demand payment for a full set of OE lugs and commitment to pay a skilled place take a very close look at those wheels, hubs, and rotors. Let them know that their negligence could've killed people and there are two witnesses available. The lesson you teach them could save the next unsuspecting customer's life.
