No... no need to do that, just bleed the system well and refresh all the fluid, starting from the furthest wheel from the MC and moving closer (RR,LR,RF,RF).

I can't think of a single reason why you would need to retract
the caliper pistons.
Now someone wiser will explain why I'm wrong! ;-)
