[s-cars] Reducing ETKA 7.2 online annoyance messages

Crew, I've managed to reduce the annoying messages that pop up in ETKA  
7.2 somewhat. Still one annoyance to go, perplexing, so no promises on  
the last one.

Assuming you did the default install from the stuff posted recently on  
various S Car-centric sites:
1) Navigate to the folder C:\Tecar Forum\ETKA 7.2\PROG
2) Copy the file EtAdmin.ini to something you can revert to if this  
hoses you, like EtAdmin.ini.jic
3) Open the file EtAdmin.ini in a text editor, like Notepad
4) Comment out the line "SERVERNAME=ALLETS2000" by inserting two pound  
symbols and a space, as follows:
	## SERVERNAME=ALLETS2000
5) Replicate the line, but replace the URL with the loopback address,  
as follows:
	SERVERNAME=127.0.0.1
6) Repeat the above for the EtkaService line, as follows:
	## EtkaService=http://%SERVERNAME%:6724/cgi-bin/etorderinfo.exe
	EtkaService=127.0.0.1
7) Repeat the above for the 10001 line, as follows:
	## 10001=http://%SERVERNAME%:6724/cgi-bin/etorderinfo.exe
	10001=127.0.0.1
8) Save the file
9) Close Notepad
10) Fire up ETKA to ensure these instructions didn't hose you.

This will have ETKA talking to itself, instead of the world, so no  
idea if there are any long-term repercussions. OTOH, I suffer the  
"talking to myself" malady, with no additional ill effects, so one can  
but hope.
