also the headline is completely bogus "stealing engine"?  but then turns out
he's actually just hacksawing off a cat?  no wonder newspapers are going out
of business, their reporters are getting dumber and dumber.

actually if he was dumb enough to be trying to hacksaw out a cat on the
street side (I mean that's going to take a good long time to hacksaw) he's
probably dumb enough to have stolen the wheels first with it jacked up, then
started stealing everything else so that when it fell it would land right on
him.  plus in inner cities I can't say how many times I see guys with the
ghetto jack setup - no stands, no nuthin holding up the car except the OEM
emergency jack... not even the old 'put the wheels under the body just in
case' trick.
