The exedy twin discs are actually more progressive than the stock clutches, but make sure you don't get the carbon ones.

Bob, my son's '99 Impreza 2.5 RS has a Greddy clutch. I can't compare it to stock as it came with the car when we bought it.
It seems pretty durable, although I find it a little more 'on-off' than progressive. Always takes me a couple of shifts when driving
that car after my Audi. Or my MGB, for that matter.

Hi Y'all,
This is not an Audi question but it is at least car related.
My wife's '07 Scoobie Forester 2.5XT has blown a _second_ clutch in
just over two years. Before we take it to the dealer for yet another
OEM clutch, what upgrades are recommended? We need pedal effort not
much different from stock. Any recommendations?
Bob
