[s-cars] Teen car

I learned how to drive with a manual transmission, I never thought that it
was a bad thing to learn to drive with a manual. Also, I think it helps a
new driver gain an appreciation for how to operate a car when you're more
involved with the operation of the car. Driving a bland autobox appliance
does not help. You shouldn't ever have to "accelerate out of the way of a
car that you pulled into the path of". That's bad driving.
