[s-cars] Teen car

Taka, we ALL make mistakes behind the wheel. All of us. That's why
they're called accidents. You guys are focused on one statement that
was a scenario. Yes, it's bad driving but that's what I see all day-
from mostly drivers who are old enough to know better. My point, once
again, is that in a world where everyone speeds and breaks the rules,
why burden a young driver with one more thing to have to focus on (am I
in the right gear?).
Last week, I pulled out of my daily spot right into the path of an
oncoming car. I'll be 50 in a few months (if I make it!). I made a
mistake, exacerbated by the fact it was raining heavily at dusk and the
gray car had no lights on. Being able to see him would have helped me
not make this mistake, but the fact is I did. I was not on my phone or
otherwise distracted. Are you telling me you've never done something
boneheaded behind the wheel?
