Second what Paul said, I've had new and "rebuilt" calipers fail within two years in salty New England. In both situations the grease used within the caliper ebrake mechanism was almost non existent.
I've had really good experience by completely dis assembling the caliper and using high temp waterproof synthentic brake grease from my FLAPS, and replacing the cam seal with a NAPA transmission seal. The toughest part of the job is removing and reinstalling the Circlip that retains the spring under the caliper piston.
Lucas rebuild instructions and an exploded view of the caliper internals can be seen here:

Mike Sylvester built a tool to retain the circlip, pictures and instructions how to repair the ebrake mechanism are here : http://www.urq20v.com/Brakes/brake_rebuild.htm
