[s-cars] Another postive review for Artic Altimax

FYI, yesterdays conditions perfect first field testing for the new set of
cheap General Artics and I find them to be outstanding for the money. Seem
as good or better as any similar Nokia/Gislaved/Blizzak I've had (which I
guess makes sense if it's the same tread mold as some of those...)
 
Surprised at how quiet they even are, can't find any real downside. OK they
might not corner quite as well as some of the more expensive
highway-leaning-snows, you definitely feel that 'snow tire drift' on highway
ramps but they feel just like a Hakka or Gis in that regard.  Seems like
really a great deal. Have yet to test ice behavior, perhaps that's the weak
spot, otherwise so far so good.
