[s-cars] Another postive review for Artic Altimax

Wow - I thought I was the only one on these things.  Unbelievable in the
snow this past weekend.  I was told they are an "old" Hakka or Gislaved tire
that General picked up - not sure if that is true. They do look similar to
the Hakka 1's.  Two thumbs up here.
