[s-cars] Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 not good in deep snow

Mike,

I had pretty much Taka's experience on Artic Alpins on my parents Subaru
Legacy.  Glad you found them better last weekend, but I just wonder if
Michelin's emphasis is more on ice/slush (perhaps that is what they get in
France) where they were exemplary, vs. fresh snow.
