Second the motion on PIAA silicone blades. They are expensive but they work, even with less than optimal arms.

My FWIW is I've been very dissaspointed with the Rain-X aero blades  
 (the ones they are hyping up on TV) from the first time I used them.  
 They just don't wipe well, and at the start of the down swing the  
 drivers blade seems to draw most of the water it wiped right back into  
 view as if it's got a big low pressure area behind the blade and sucks  
 the water in behind it. Would not buy again.
 
 I've had good results from the Michelin blades that came on the A8. I  
 was thinking about getting Michelins to replace the Rain-X's.
