Not a FLAP solve, but from Home Depot Motorsports:

- piece of nylon screen mesh cut to fit over ze hole.
-5 min epoxy der mesh on
-then coat the mesh patch w/ that black rubberized goop they sell in a tube for screw driver handles that need to be coated. They sell it in the electrical connectors + wiring aisle at HD.
