Fellow S-Heads,
The list came thru again. Super thanks to Chris Chambers who sent me
a link in the few moments between my posting the problem and my
trying to soothe the savage beast that is my wife right now!

"If the locks and alarm are out of sync, try the following
(from a post by Fred Munro):
Make sure you have the code for your radio before you start this.
1. Remove back seat bottom
2. Open right rear door
3. Lock car with key or remote
4. Disconnect battery
5. Unlock car with key
6. Reconnect battery
This should get the locks and alarm back in sync."
