[s-cars] Need a good wipe

on my '92, i had replaced both wiper blades with trico teflon wiper
blades from costco last year.  they seemed to work well before, but now
the driver side wiper is chattering and skipping.  while driving,
with the wiper at rest, the inboard side of the blade bounces against the
glass.  it doesn't look like it's firmly pressed against the glass. 
the outboard side of the blade seems to be pressed more firmly against the
glass than the right side.

no problems with the passenger side wiper.  from what i've read, issues with matching the curvature of the windshield arise on the passenger side, not the driver side.

do i need to bend the driver side wiper arm, tighten the springs, or replace the wiper blade?
