[s-cars] Need a good wipe

I've found wiper pressure against the windshield to be a friction
problem, not a spring strength problem. WD-40 always seems to reduce
these problems and improve the situation for me.
I've come to think of chattering coming from two causes.
1) A dirty windshield, and not just grime, I mean the residue from the
blade wiping back and forth. A good, really good cleaning with Windex,
and not the generic blue water, usually solves it if that's the problem.
2) The rubber takes a set from having been at rest at an angle. If the
rubber isn't straight down relative to the metal holding it when you
lift the blade off the windshield, your rubber blade could prolly
stand to be replaced.
I try solving the first issue first because I'm cheap, and if it
doesn't work, stop by my FLAPS and get two new blades. I get good
Bosch blades because not only am I cheap, I'm lazy too, and have found
them to last pretty well.
