[s-cars] Climate control acting strange

Yup, at 118k miles, I just started noticing the failure to spring
back. To me that means my wife should not drive it and I'll need a new
ignition switch from dealer soon.
It's the original so I'm not complaining, just nice and thankful that
ya'll have blazed the trail
