[s-cars] Libs are even hacking into our little haven

Sarcasm noted.

I suspect that even government can do a better job of paying for  
healthcare for the millions of uninsured who choose to get their free  
healthcare via ambulance from the local ED. For hangnails, menstrual  
cramps and migraines. Many times a day. All over the place. Even a  
wildly inefficient government program would be far superior to this  
mess. Get the costs and payments out into the light of day, and we can  
see where we stand. With the uninsured gaming the system, that's  
impossible, and reduces our public health.

High cost, inefficient. I'm not talking about the anticipated/dreaded  
government system, I'm talking about right now.
