[s-cars] HELP! LATCH retrofit problem

For the center seat, which is the recommended seat for a single child, you
would use the middle lap belt.  The lap belt locks in place. No need for
mighty tite or anything for that matter.  It the left and right three point
belt that would need the mighty tite.
