[s-cars] MA inspection suggestions?

Email me personally and I'll point you to a good inspection station and
inspector who follows the rules because he PAID ATTENTION IN CLASS AND ASKED
QUESTIONS.
It's based in Peabody MA.

The problem with inspectors these days is that whenever there's a new setup,
you basically have to brainwash all the old info out of the inspectors... so
a lot of older inspectors confuse the new rules with the old.

Here's an interesting fact: You can pass inspection in MA with a non-OBD2
car WITHOUT CATS! The inspector can VISUALLY see that you have no cats and
STILL has to pass you as long as there's no odor or smoke from the tailpipe!
