[s-cars] MA inspection suggestions?

what this issue really points to is the unfortunate exploitation of our *right
to contract*. further worsened by the deterioration of morality in our
society..
were reaping the sour fruits of previous generations begging daddy (the
STATE) into regulating our rights, which then become privileges dictated by
an outside authority because we ask to be relieved or our own responsibility
and independence.
