[s-cars] MA inspection suggestions?

Watch out Brian, that post reeks of politics, for which many, including myself, have had the proverbial slap on the wrist administered by the moderator types.  
(might I add that I agree whole-heartedly, and I would also point out the current generation seems to be even more inclined to "let the government handle it".  Unfortunately at some point everyone else's money runs out, and there are no more "rich" to be able to pay more of their "fair share".)

what this issue really points to is the unfortunate exploitation of our *right
to contract*. further worsened by the deterioration of morality in our
society..

were reaping the sour fruits of previous generations begging daddy (the
STATE) into regulating our rights, which then become privileges dictated by
an outside authority because we ask to be relieved or our own responsibility
and independence.
