looking it over, i suppose youre correct and my post could have been
interpreted as politically charged, though it was not my intention.
perception is varied, but personally I see it as a matter of fact, which for
lack of better words on my mind is personal, not political.

what I really should have pointed to for avoiding confusion is elaborated at
length here:
http://mp3.ruleoflawradio.com/ROL/64k/ROL_2009-04-06_64k.mp3
or the top post here if that doesnt work;
http://ruleoflawradio.com/archive/?paged=8
wherein Eddie Craig discusses the Texas code relating to "motor vehicles"
"transportation" "registration" requirements,, what a "driver" is,
etcetera..

here in Pennsylvania, the code has many similarities where after careful
reading it becomes clear that there is serious misapplication of statute.
for example, at title 76, chapter 15, section 15.2 can be found the
authorized vehicles that the transportation code applies to. that
application is for seven distinct types of "vehicles" .. those vehicles
referenced are all relating to commercial use, not private automobiles, and
are all EXCLUSIVE (not inclusive of other types).. Eddie Craig is much more
eloquent, well versed and doesnt have to type, and if youve read this far
youre likely to just listen to the above link for a better handle on what im
referring to. ,,but in general, most states are very similar, since they
cannot lawfully abrogate an individual right, and are inclined to get people
to sign up for their own sevitude, so as I originally posed, turn a right
into a priviledge.

and not cutting up on you, or offended Wylie since I agree and see your
point clearly with my own loved ones, but as a 29 year old, I am more or
less a current generation and do NOT want the government to handle it,
whatever 'it' is. government was created to protect our rights, not
grant&administer them. .. and,, there IS NO money, and we havent been able
to truly 'pay' for anything for nearly a century (y'know what happened in
1933 w/HJR 192?).. but thats politics I suppose and should stop before I
rant and get carried away typing about how we now monetize debt and
discharge debt with that debt... madness..

anyway, im about to be smiling down the road, NOT 'driving', simply
travelling, and dont dare call my S a vehicle :]
