[s-cars] odometer

thought i remember s-cars.org having some info on this, not just bulb
replacements.. but maybe this is why there is a market for used clusters?  I
sure have replaced quite a few fried b5 platform clusters for similar
failures. F'n volkswagens,, if I didnt love em so much..

if youre daring, you could disassemble the cluster to diagnose.. its not
that bad if youre tedious. ...& theres gotta be a re-builder out there that
can fix them.. surprised nobodies got more BTDT..
