There is a "classic car" plate available here in PA. That qualifies the car for low-use insurance. You also may want to check with the collector car insurance companies like Taylor. If it's a CQ it would certainly qualify as a collector type car. As far as on the track damage you may be on your own though...

Subject: [s-cars] NAC -- limited use/mileage insurance
Oh wide-ranging knowledge base.....
I'm looking for a limited use/mileage policy for my track car. I know
the "on-track" usage won't be covered, and that is fine. I'll pick up
specific HPDE coverage as necessary. I only use the car on the street
to and from fueling up, car wash, etc. Other than that, very sparingly
on the street. Anyone have any experience with this type, or is it even
available? I know policies for historic cars have this type of limited
mileage coverage, but my car is a 1990 so it won't qualify as historic.
Any thoughts? Thanks.
